Mad Rewind is a podcast dedicated to the little train/show that could, Mad TV.

I will be talking to not only past cast members but also the glue that held the show together and kept it on track - the writers and crew members from production to post.

Mad TV was created with 1/3 of the episodic budget that its counterpart, “Saturday Night Live” had. Not to mention, Mad TV survived 14 seasons with barely any promotion from its own host network.

But MAD TV was hilarious, innovative, original, and pushed the envelope with the most talented group of people to ever appear on late-night television.

How anyone knew of MAD TV’s existence back then was a modern-day miracle, leaving it a cult classic globally to this day.
